Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Assembler/Operator II . The ideal candidate will have one to two years’ experience in assembling, soldering, and testing electrical and electronic wiring,connectors, and components according to specifications. This position requires precision, adherence to quality standards, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Responsibilities
Assemble and manufacture wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and electro mechanical
components according to work instructions, blueprints, and schematics.
Perform crimping, stripping, soldering, splicing, and termination of wires and cables.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Soldering: Use a soldering iron to attach wires to switches, connectors, or terminal strips.
Wire Routing and Tying: Route and tie wires to form wire harnesses, following color-coded lines or sequential
numbers on a harness board.
Conduct visual inspections and functional tests for quality assurance.
Reporting: Maintains logs, records, and reports concerning production, machine maintenance, and
product inconsistencies.

Requirements
One to two years previous experience in cable assembly or electronics manufacturing
required for a level II assembler/operator.
Strong understanding of electrical wiring, connectors, and cable routing.
Must have experience with soldering.
Must read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
Familiarity with hand tools and equipment used in assembly (e.g., hand tools, wire
strippers, soldering irons, crimping tools).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620 or IPC/WHMA-610 standards is preferred but not
required (certification is a plus).

Summary
A Material Handler carefully counts, and verifies identity and quantity of all materials processed and makes sure that all materials are stored in the correct locations. When needed, this position also maintains inventory accuracy.
Responsibilities
• Utilizes RF Scanner and moves raw material parts in and out of system. (QAD, Eagle, KBM)
• Counts, verifies identity and quantity of all materials pulled with high accuracy.
• Ensure materials are stored in the correct locations.
• Performs cycle counts of parts in selected locations as a method of maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Notifies Group Leader of any part shortages or part damages.
• Performs some basic data entry, utilizing the MRP computer system.
• Operates weigh scales, hydraulic pallet jacks and drives forklift.
• Involves operator awareness of related uses or functions of the material worked on.
• Inspects materials and completed work for correctness and quality.
• Responsible for proper material component identification.
• Determines corrective measures necessary to make product acceptable.
• Completes daily records and complete forms and charts of quality and work performed.
• Maintains clean and organized work areas at all times.
• Completes daily area clean up at the end of shift.
• Participates in cross-training activities with other related positions and may substitute at any assembly work station within the department.
• Provides 3Q6S (housekeeping activities) during material handling inactivity.
• Returns all equipment, materials supplies to their designated ‘resting place’ when not in use.

Requirements
• 1+ year’s Forklift/Cherry Picker experience in a high volume manufacturing/warehouse role
• Ability to understand/communicate verbally in English, plus read/write basic (sixth grade English level) for safety and zero-quality defect purposes.
• Basic PC skills (Microsoft Office, Word and Excel).
• Familiarity with inventory accuracy and control methods.
• Knowledge of material handling and inventory control processes and methods.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Automotive industry experience, a plus.
• Prior experience in the following: Warehouse Equipment (Fork-Lifts sit down, standup/reach, cherry picker), RF scanner system.

• Ability to understand/communicate verbally in English, plus read/write basic (sixth grade English level) for safety and zero-quality defect purposes.
